Getting a job in London can be frustrating when you’re constantly hearing “We went with someone with UK experience” 😐. But small adjustments to your CV and interview style can change things fast.

💼 CV Tips:
– Keep it 2 pages max
– Use UK-style job titles (e.g., “Customer Service Advisor” instead of “Front Desk Officer”)
– Focus on your achievements, not just duties
– Add UK volunteering, even if small — it really helps!

🎙️ Interview Tips:
– Be prepared for scenario questions (“Tell me about a time you…”).
– Emphasise reliability, communication, working with diverse teams.
– Research the company and show enthusiasm 😄.

💡 Bonus: Don’t sleep on job sites like Reed, Indeed, CV Library, and LinkedIn. London employers genuinely use these daily.

Anybody currently applying in London? Drop your struggles or wins here – we can help each other out 🇳🇬🤝🇬🇧.
